My path to becoming a therapist has given me firsthand understanding of how systems impact well-being, the complexity of long-term relationships, and the ways family patterns shape us. This journey has deepened my commitment to creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences with self-compassion and work toward meaningful change.
Healing flourishes in connection, where we can make sense of life's challenges within a supportive relationship. Through years of clinical experience, I've had the privilege of witnessing countless moments of transformation as clients discover their innate capacity for resilience, self-acceptance, and joy.
I maintain a small practice providing therapy for individuals, couples, and young people navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, loss, and the roller coaster of emotional overwhelm. As a boutique practice, I personally coordinate care for each client during business hours. This intentional approach allows me to remain fully present and deeply engaged in our therapeutic work together.
My clinical approach weaves together Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices, and embodied awareness. These complementary modalities honor our fundamental need for connection while offering practical paths toward meaningful change. Beyond individual and couples therapy, I lead Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) groups, sharing these transformative practices with others seeking greater ease and presence in their lives.
My welcoming office is nestled in what once was the Eastern High School building. It is just two minutes from the Route 30's Hellam exit and has parking next to the building. I also provide secure virtual therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, I currently welcome self-pay clients located in Pennsylvania or outside of the U.S. I'm also available for mindfulness coaching regardless of location.
I understand that reaching out for support takes courage. To help you feel more comfortable with this step, I invite you to schedule a 15-minute no cost virtual consultation where we can connect, address your questions, and ensure we're a good fit for working together. If I'm not the right match for your needs, as I am able, I'm happy to help you find someone who is.
